Warranty Policy

Every new device sold by ClickRight is covered by the warranty below. It is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), including the implied warranty of quality for six months from delivery.
1. What is covered
For 6 months from the date of delivery, we cover defects in materials and workmanship that were present when the device was delivered, such as hardware faults that prevent the device from working as it should.
2. What is not covered
- Physical damage, cracked screens, bent frames or damage from drops or impact;
- Liquid or moisture damage beyond the device's stated water-resistance rating;
- Damage from unauthorised repairs, opening the device or modifying its software;
- Normal wear and tear, including battery capacity decline from ordinary use;
- Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or non-original chargers and accessories;
- Software issues caused by third-party apps or unofficial updates.
3. How to make a warranty claim
- Email admin@clickright.co.za with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video showing it.
- We will review your claim and may ask for basic troubleshooting steps, such as a software update or restart.
- If the claim is accepted, we will arrange collection or tell you how to return the device. Keep the original proof of purchase.
4. What we will do
After inspection we will, as the CPA provides, repair the device, replace it or refund you. Where a faulty item must be repaired or replaced, we will do so at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or an equivalent device.
5. Manufacturer warranty
Many devices also carry the manufacturer's own warranty. You can claim through us or, where applicable, through the manufacturer's authorised service channels. Please ask us if you are unsure which route applies.
6. Proof of purchase
Your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase. Please keep it safe. The warranty applies to the original buyer and is not transferable unless we agree in writing.
